We have a large family and we walked in with no reservation. A really nice couple offered to move to a different table so two tables could be pushed together to accommodate us. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and the prices were great. We want back the second night of our visit to the area because we loved it so much!

5 stars doesn't do any justice to this place! It has the best home cooked meals! Great pricing for the amount of food you get! My family went and had the best service! Very polite and cracked up a few jokes with us as well! I highly recommend if you guys want a nice home cooked meal and a place to just sit and mingle! We will definitely be going back soon!

1st meal was take out and it was excellent so we decided to dine in earlier this week. The food was equally excellent and the atmosphere and service were superb. So much so that we invited family to join us in a return visit later in the week. Another excellent meal enjoyed by everyone. Don't be fooled by the few negative remarks, this restaurant is outstanding and a definite "go to" if you're looking for a place to eat in Dover-Foxcroft!

Enjoyed my first visit to Charlie's, the bank history and decor were nostalgic. The food was really good. I ordered the Lumberjack Breakfast it was so big that two of us could have shared it.
